Orders & Processing
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders.
We ship within the United States only. All continental U.S. states are covered.
We currently do not ship internationally. Orders are limited to U.S. addresses only.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
All orders are shipped via USPS using standard tracked delivery services.
Sometimes, things don't go as planned and your shipment might be late. This can happen because of bad weather, problems with the shipping company, or other things we can't control. We're sorry for the inconvenience and hope you can understand that these things happen.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe (4–7 working days), please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
- If a package is confirmed lost and the correct address was provided, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
- If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout and the package is delivered, we are unable to offer a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Yes, a valid order confirmation or receipt is required to process any return.
Return shipping is free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days and issued to the original payment method.
No, unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.
