Delivery Timeframes
We aim to get your orders to you as fast as we can. Here's a rundown of how long things usually take:
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next working day.
- Processing Time: We get your orders ready and packed within 1 to 2 working days, (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: When we send out your order, it usually takes a couple of days to arrive, typically between 3 to 5 working days, (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery: Most orders get to you in 4 to 7 working days, (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping Cost: Free
Shipping Locations
- We ship within the United States only.
- All continental U.S. states are covered.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Carrier Information
We send all orders through the USPS, using their standard tracked delivery service. The time it takes to get your order can vary, depending on where you live and what's going on with the carrier.
Delays
Sometimes, things don't go as planned and your shipment might be late. This can happen because of bad weather, problems with the shipping company, or other things we can't control. We're sorry for the inconvenience and hope you can understand that these things happen.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@crucail.com
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe (4–7 business days), please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
- If a package is confirmed lost and the correct address was provided, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
- If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout and the package is delivered, we are unable to offer a replacement.
