Refund policy

If you're not totally happy with what you bought, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Just check the details below to see if you can do it and how to do it.

Returns

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition Requirements: Products must be unused, in new condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and all included accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required to process any return.

Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact us at support@crucail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 2: Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free. This applies if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what was ordered.
  • All Other Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including cases of change of mind.

Refunds

We'll let you know if your return is okay after we get it and check it out. If everything is fine, we'll give you your money back within a week, usually 7 working days. You'll get it back the same way you paid us in the first place.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, you’ll need to return the product for a refund and then place a new order separately. Please note this must be completed within 30 days of delivery.

Sale Items

If you buy something on sale or with a discount, you can't get a refund or cancel it once it's been shipped.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Make sure your shipping info is correct when you check out. If you put in the wrong address, we can't be held responsible for orders that get delivered to the wrong place.
